Hereinafter, the "Controller" of personal data processing.

We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide the Service:

• Account data: email address, username and profile picture (provided through Firebase Authentication with Google, Apple or email).
• Device identifiers: FCM token for sending push notifications.
• Preferences: followed creators, notification settings and language.
• Analytics data: aggregated and anonymized usage data (screens visited, interaction events).

We do not collect sensitive data, social media credentials or information from children under 13 years of age.

The collected data is used exclusively to:

• Manage the User's account and preferences.
• Send push notifications when followed creators publish new content.
• Improve the Service through aggregated and anonymous usage analytics.
• Communicate important changes to the Service or terms of use.

The processing of personal data is based on:

• Consent: by registering and accepting the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy.
• Contract performance: necessary for the provision of the Service described in the Terms and Conditions.
• Legitimate interest: to improve the Service through anonymized analytics.

Personal data may be shared with the following third parties, exclusively for the provision of the Service:

• Google LLC (Firebase): user authentication and notification delivery (Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Firestore). Location: USA (subject to EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
• Vercel Inc.: web hosting. Location: USA.

We do not sell, rent or share personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data will be retained as long as the User's account remains active. After an account deletion request, all personal data will be deleted within a maximum of 7 business days.

Anonymized data for analytical purposes may be retained indefinitely as it is not linked to any user.

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the User has the right to:

• Access: know what personal data is being processed.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Erasure: request the deletion of personal data.
• Objection: object to processing in certain circumstances.
• Restriction: request the restriction of processing.
• Portability: receive data in a structured, commonly used format.

To exercise these rights, send a request to soporte@tinglo.app. The Controller will respond within a maximum of 30 days.

The User also has the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data:

• Encrypted communications via HTTPS/TLS.
• Authentication delegated to Firebase Authentication (Google LLC).
• Restricted data access through Firestore security rules.
• We do not store User passwords or social media credentials.

The Tinglo website uses browser local storage (localStorage) exclusively for:

• Saving the user's language preference.
• Saving the theme preference (light/dark).

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or third-party cookies for profiling purposes.

The Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, in case of significant changes, the User will be notified through the Application.
